They tend to exaggerate even the smallest of instances and  never care if their behavior is over the top. They just want you to react to them and feed them attention. Maybe these people just have a knack for theatrical anctics, but their horoscope could come into play. Libra goes out of their way to make sure everyone is treated fairly. They put a lot of effort into each aspect of their lives and thrive when everything feels harmonious and balanced. However, if these air signs aren't getting that treatment in return, they can get a little irrational and over emotional.

They have no qualms about creating a little drama as long as they get what they're after in the end. "Libras can easily make a mountain out of a molehill, exaggerating even the smallest of problems," says Tara Bennet, an astrologer and spiritual coach at Mediumchat.

They have an intensity about them which can cloud their viewpoint if things aren't going to plan. "Scorpio has been known for their melodramatic antics," says Rebecca Schmidt, astrologer at Trust the Effing Process. "They often end up exaggerating or blowing things out of proportion."

Trying to reason with this water sign will only make things worse, so it's best to let the storm roll through before you can bring them back down to thinking rationally.

Aquarius generally stay pretty chill, but sometimes they just lose it. "If they are passionate about something or provoked, they may go off quickly and be quite over the top drama wise," Schmidt says.

They're quite quirky and don't like to conform to society's typical ideas, so it's hard to get them riled up. They have an air of detachedness, so if they're going to be extra, it better be over something important to them.

If you can reason with them, they'll calm right back down, Schmidt tells Best Life. Just don't be the one who causes them to break out the dramatics and you'll be fine.

Cancer is highly resistant to change and they'll stand their ground to make sure things go their way. They also love to agonize over problems and try and fix every little thing, even if it's out of their depth.

If you've betrayed these sensitive water signs in any way they won't take that lightly. Their mood swings only add to the dramatics—one minute they'll be fine and the next, it's game over. "As their resentments and hurt bubble over, they'll melodramatically blow the smallest error into a catastrophic disaster," Bennet says.

Arrogant and easily-angered Aries has to be in control. They're the first sign of the zodiac and love to be in charge no matter what. "They know what they want and expect their orders to be carried out to the letter," Bennet says.

These fire signs get a bad reputation for being bossy and passionate. They'll go to extremes over the smallest instances and can cause rifts in their relationships.

Bennet adds that they can't turn off their need to call the shots and they can easily slip into melodramatics if it'll help them accomplish something.

Egotistical, attention-loving Leo is for sure the most melodramatic zodiac sign. They love when all eyes are on them and they're definitely known for their exaggerated actions. Schmidt says that they may be over the top, but you can't help but love them anyway.

When these lions are front and center they feel like they're on top of the world. However, Bennet advises staying out of the crossfire when they're not directly in the spotlight. "They hate coming in second and are less than gracious losers," she says.

If they feel less than adored, they'll go to any length to win back your affections.
