The Home Depot's Spring Black Friday Sale
Start date: April 3
End date: Today, April 7, with Spring Black Friday Deals continuing till April 16
What: Spring needs like tools, appliances, and supplies from major brands up to 35% off
Home Depot kicked off it's annual Spring Black Friday—aka it's Super Bowl—last Thursday. Luckily, you still have time to shop the sale: While some discounts will vanish tonight, there are plenty of others that will last until April 16.
The retail chain has marketed the sale has the perfect opportunity to kick start spring projects, and even provides a map of the U.S. to help guide you on which tasks are the most popular (and necessary) in your climate. For instance, shoppers in the Northeast should consider cleaning outdoor windows and doors from all the winter gunk and mulching their yards or gardens.
Meanwhile, those in the West should be refreshing their grill accessories and planting vegetables and herbs. The Southwest should be controlling garden pests, the Midwest fertilizing lawns, and the Southeast powerwashing and planting flowers.
To tackle each project, Home Depot offers helpful how-to guides along with its Spring Black Friday deals to help you feel more confident with your home and gardening skills.
Over this final week and a half of the event, you'll find reduced prices on lawn & garden supplies, lawn mowers, mulch, gas grills, patio sets, power tools, and more.
Home Depot is also highlighting indoor spring cleaning needs like storage and organization pieces, cleaning supplies, and new ceiling fans.
Familiar brands like Ryobi, Weber, Hampton Bay, Husky, and Milwaukee are all a part of the deals going for up to 35% off regular prices.

Lowe's SpringFest sale has already been going on since late March, but you still have a solid week and a half to take advantage of the retailer's seasonal deals.
The retail chain says this is the "biggest seasonal savings event" it has all year, and new special offers are arriving every two weeks to keep things, shall we say, fresh.
You'll find similar deals to Home Depot, including outdoor items and supplies, grills, patio furniture, indoor appliances, tools, and even paint on sale.
If you're a MyLowe's Rewards and Pro Rewards member, you get limited-time doorbusters and weekly rotating offers to save up to 50% off regular prices.
For instance, you can get 5 bags of mulch for $10 during "Mulch Week," which started April 3 and is running through April 9. During this time, reward members can get extra loyalty points, free gifts, and steeper discounts.
Other steals Lowe's is highlighting are 40% off major appliances and tools from well-known brands like EGO, Weber, Scotts, Toro, and more.
The retailer says look for its associates in the bright red vests to ask for expert advice on your spring projects.
Or, if you prefer to shop online, you can arrange same-day delivery or in-store pickup, and peruse the helpful online guides from Lowe's, such as its "Spring Cleaning Checklist" featuring deep-dives into dusting, pressure washing, cleaning the gutters, decluttering, and the best tools for the job.
With these two sales in full swing this week, you should prioritize your spring prepping and save on essentials before promotions end.
