Megan Fox's kids made an unexpected appearance during her live TV interview.
NBCOn June 29, Fox appeared on Today to promote her newest movie Till Death. As Fox began to chat with co-hosts Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush Hager, the two couldn't help but notice the kids running in and out of frame. "We saw one of your children running in the background," Hager said, observing pillows and clothes strewn about. "Where are you?"
Fox explained that she was in the house she and her kids—eight-year-old Noah Green, seven-year-old Bodhi Green, and four-year-old Journey Green—are staying in for the moment. "This is the living room area, and they all fell asleep on the couch last night watching a movie," said Fox. The actor said her kids had just woken up before the early morning interview. "It just is what it is. We just have to make it work," she said with a laugh.
Throughout the chat, the kids continued to run and crawl behind Fox, and the two hosts couldn't help but comment on how adorable it was.

Fox said she wishes she could rewind to when her kids were younger.
NBCWhen Fox was asked about what it's like to be a mother to three energetic little kids, she got candid about the experience. "I’m sure a lot of moms feel this way, where you [wish] you could, every once in a while, put them all back into that two-, three-year-old period because it’s hard to watch them grow up so quickly," said Fox. "I actually really struggle with that a lot. I cry about it all the time. My phone will send me pictures of them when they were younger, and it’s hard to look at. ... It’s painful to love something so much."
Fox said as a parent, it's difficult not to look back with regret.
Although Fox doesn't post photos or videos of her children anymore, she used to occasionally share sweet moments with her kids on her Instagram while she was still with Green (like this one from Oct. 2019).
And when it comes to looking back on her kids' younger days, Fox said it's hard not to have regret. "I feel like no matter how engaged you are or how hard you were trying at the time, you always look back, and you’re like, 'I could have been more present,' or 'I hope I was grateful for this while I was in the moment because I'll never get that moment back,'" she told the Today co-hosts.
While Fox is hard on herself as a parent, she said she's having fun with her three children. "They are hilarious [but] they don't listen to me at all," she said with a smile.

Fox has said her kids fight all the time, but they're also best friends.
ShutterstockDuring an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show in May, Fox said "it's like UFC Fight Night all day, everyday" in her house with her three "rambunctious" kids. “Forks are weapons," she joked. "We need to live in, like, a padded cell for everyone to be safe.”
“They love each other, they’re best friends, but … because they have so much energy and they’re so rambunctious, it’s just a melee," she said. "My kids will pull out fists full of hair and be like, ‘I got your hair, Noah!’"
