Pisces season has finally arrived! Those who were born between February 19 and March 20 are members of this last Zodiac sign. Pisces are known for being idealistic, emotional, and extremely selfless. They also love anything that stimulates their imagination, and tend to be incredibly artistic and creative. It's no wonder then that there are tons of famous Pisces out there, especially in the film and music industries.
From George Harrison to Justin Bieber and Elizabeth Taylor to Eva Longoria, here are some of our favorite famous Pisces.
February 19: Smokey Robinson
Legendary Motown singer Smokey Robinson was born in 1940 in Detroit. Considering the creativity many Pisces possess, we're not surprised to know he's among the tribe of this water sign.
February 20: Cindy Crawford
ShutterstockSupermodel Cindy Crawford was born in 1966. As a model, we can only imagine she's struggled with some serious scrutiny, especially since Pisces are usually pretty sensitive, even if they're famous. "There is a lot of pressure on women to, well, not age," Crawford told Refinery 29. "I am probably even more sensitive to it—but you can’t keep chasing this impossible thing."
February 21: Kelsey Grammer
AlamyAccording to astrologist Kelli Fox, "Pisces make for great actors as theirs is the sign of fantasy. Life is easier to deal with when there’s an escape." That's one of the reasons there are many famous Pisces in Hollywood, like former Frasier star Kelsey Grammer, who was born in 1955.
February 22: Drew Barrymore
Beloved Charlie's Angel Drew Barrymore was born in 1975. Though she was known as quite the wild child, Barrymore has found ways to harness her creativity into productivity.
The mom of two is the co-founder of her own production company, Flower Films, and continues to act, executive produce, and direct TV and film. Classic Pisces—doing it all.
February 23: Emily Blunt
Shutterstock/Denis MakarenkoFrom a Pisces perspective, it's not surprising that actress Emily Blunt, who was born in 1983, is married to actor and filmmaker John Krasinski. Since they both work in Hollywood, they deal with a lot of travel and time apart.
Whether famous or not, Pisces women are known for needing their alone time from their partner and having a partner that understands their lifestyle. "We’ve always allowed and rejoiced in each other having a very full life outside of the other one," Blunt told The Hollywood Reporter.
February 24: Steve Jobs
Getty ImagesChances are high you're reading this from a device invented by Steve Jobs. Born in 1955 in San Francisco, the late Apple CEO was creative, determined, and passionate about his line of work.
Though different from acting or singing, Jobs was a creative genius of his own kind. "Creativity is just connecting things," he famously told Wired about the defining Pisces trait. "When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something."
February 25: George Harrison
Screenshot via YouTubeThe Beatles' own George Harrison is as typical a Pisces as someone can get. He was born in 1943 and was considered to be the most sensitive of his bandmates, which is typical Pisces.
Harrison wore his Zodiac sign proudly, writing a song called "Pisces Fish" shortly before he died in 2001.
February 26: Erykah Badu
Born in 1971, singer and songwriter Erykah Badu is known for her spiritual aura and soulful music. Before a performance at National Public Radio, “some folks around the NPR Music office said they felt an almost spiritual connection to Erykah… and that was before she and her band even played a single note.”
Considering Pisces are known for their spiritual connections, we're not surprised.
February 27: Elizabeth Taylor
Legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor was born in 1932. During her life, she was married eight times and, in most cases, back to back. It's a very Pisces characteristic to hop into a new relationship quickly if your current relationship is not working.
As astrologer Aliza Kelly Faragher wrote for Allure, "Since their hearts are overflowing with wisdom and empathy, it's easy for Pisces to get overwhelmed and swim away to avoid an onslaught of emotion."
February 28: Brian Jones
Wikimedia Commons/Olavi KaskisuoMusician and founder of the Rolling Stones, Brian Jones, was born in 1942. He played the guitar, harmonica, piano, sitar, and Mellotron, proving that he was extremely musically talented, like many others amid this water sign.
March 1: Justin Bieber
ShutterstockLooking at his relationship history, it isn’t shocking that Justin Bieber is a Pisces. The pop star, who was born in 1994, had on-again-off-again relationships with both Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin for nearly five years, briefly dated Baskin Champion, and then proposed to Baldwin weeks later.
Astrologist Jake Register told Cosmopolitan, Pisces are the type to "basically depend on validation from loved ones and crave companionship in order to feel secure."
March 2: Karen Carpenter
Wikimedia Commons/Robert KnudsenAnother musician to add to our list of famous Pisces, Karen Carpenter was born in 1950 and was part of the legendary duo The Carpenters with her brother Richard.
Writer and Zodiac expert Courtney Perkins wrote that Carpenter is a "trademark Pisces," due to the "natural sensitivity [she brought] to the group through her gentle, often swaying presence."
March 3: Jessica Biel
According to astrologer Bright Star Lights, Pisces tend to "get swept away in their relationships" and have a hard time "navigating where their partner ends and they begin," which is something actress Jessica Biel admitted to.
Shortly after she got engaged to Justin Timberlake, she told InStyle in 2012, "In my earlier experiences with relationships, I really was vulnerable to somebody else’s personality, hobbies, and way of life. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become proud of the traits that make me who I am. Maintaining my individuality is really important to me because otherwise I can easily slip into somebody else’s life." Yes, the Pisces struggle is real—even when you're famous.
March 4: Patricia Heaton
Shutterstock/DFreeFormer Everybody Loves Raymond and The Middle star Patricia Heaton was born in 1958. She's known for playing some of America's favorite TV matriarchs, but Heaton is a classic real-life Pisces mom: "empathic and ethereal, spiritual and sensitive, wise and emotionally intelligent," according to Samantha Leal of Marie Claire.
March 5: Eva Mendes
tovovan / Shutterstock.comPisces are constantly out of their comfort zones because they adjust to others', instead of focusing on their own needs and wants. And that's very true of actress Eva Mendes, who was born in 1974. "I've gotten to a place now where every day, I do something that's out of my comfort zone," she told The Conversation's Amanda de Cadenet in 2012.
March 6: Shaquille O'Neal
Despite being 7’1” and incredibly muscular, former NBA player Shaquille O’Neal is often described as a gentle giant, which is very much aligned with Pisces. The athlete, who was born in 1972, also has explored the creative side of his astrological sign, dabbling in both acting and rap careers. Of course, we all remember Kazaam, right?
March 7: Laura Prepon
Former That '70s Show and Orange Is the New Black star Laura Prepon was born in 1980. She’s an actress, director, and author, all careers that exhibit the common artistic and creative traits seen in Pisces.
March 8: Boris Kodjoe
Shutterstock/FitzcrittleActor Boris Kodjoe was born in 1973 in Vienna, Austria. According to Elite Daily's Merrylee Sevilla, "Of all the signs in the zodiac, Pisces are the most romantic and caring. They display their affection with beautifully romantic and elegant gestures, further demonstrating their creativity and devotion to their partners."
Kodjoe has been married to his wife, actress Nicole Ari Parker, since 2005. And considering their lovey-dovey Instagram posts, the romance is definitely still in the air for these two.
March 9: Oscar Isaac
Shutterstock/DFreeOscar Isaac was born in 1979 in Guatemala. He’s a Golden Globe Award-nominated actor and a musician, like so many other Pisces on this list who can do it all. His creativity allows him to take on and adapt to various roles.
"A man born under the Pisces constellation, the final sign of the Zodiac, is a total dreamboat," according to Register. "He’s flirtatious, charming, and romantic, and, being a water sign, he’s also introverted and emotional—the most emotional sign of all, to be precise." No wonder Isaac is constantly listed as one of the sexiest men in Hollywood.
March 10: Carrie Underwood
Shutterstock/TinseltownCountry singer and American Idol alumna Carrie Underwood was born in 1983 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. And like any talented Pisces, she channels both her creativity and her emotions into her music.
According to Nylon's Christie Craft, "Pisces is the most hypersensitive" of the 12 Zodiac signs. So it's no wonder Underwood sung about digging her keys into the side of her ex's pretty little souped-up four-wheel drive.
March 11: Anthony Davis
NBA star Anthony Davis was born in 1993. The New Orleans Pelicans forward even won a gold medal playing with Team USA during the 2012 Olympics.
Though you don't see many athletes on this list, it's clear Davis is at least a little bit into his astrological sign. When asked about his former teammate Rajon Rondo in an interview for NBA.com, Davis said, "We’re both Pisces, so we kind of understand each other."
March 12: Liza Minnelli
Shutterstock/Featureflash AgencyLiza Minnelli was born in 1946 to legendary actress Judy Garland and accomplished director Vincente Minnelli. Similar to several of the other Pisces listed here, she's a triple threat—an actress, singer, and dancer—and she’s been married four times.
In 2010, she told Oprah Winfrey, "I have great taste in directors and in people for costumes. But as far as husbands go, I think that I kept changing for them. And then about a year later I'd think: 'What am I doing? This really isn't me.'" Sound familiar, fellow Pisces?
March 13: William H. Macy
Shutterstock/Kathy HutchinsHeavily-awarded actor William H. Macy was born in 1950 in Miami. The Shameless star has won two Emmys, four Screen Actors Guild Awards, and he even earned an Academy Award nomination.
Macy has been married to actress Felicity Huffman since 1997, which seems like a long time for Hollywood, but not a surprise for a Pisces man who feels fulfilled and loved by someone in the same creative space. For their 20th anniversary, Huffman swooned over Macy on Twitter. "You give me a thrill every time you walk through the door," she wrote. Awww!
March 14: Simone Biles
Shutterstock/Leonard ZhukovskyOlympic gymnast Simone Biles was born in 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. "Pisces is a instinctual water sign that is marked by faith, trust, and spiritual and emotional attunement to life," Bright Star Light writes.
Biles is definitely a typical Pisces. She described her autobiography as being about "how my faith and my family made my wildest dreams come true. And how embracing a dream can give you courage to soar." As her Twitter proves, Biles is one proud Pisces.
March 15: Eva Longoria
Aside from acting, Eva Longoria is a producer, director, activist, and businesswoman. All of her roles in life require creativity, intuition, and a serious work ethic.
"I want to do everything," Longoria, who was born in 1975, told BuzzFeed. "I always want to be the smartest and the best person at whatever I'm doing. It doesn’t come from a narcissistic place. It’s a creative vision that only I have." Peak Pisces!
March 16: Flavor Flav
While we may think of him now as a ridiculous reality TV personality, Flavor Flav became famous for being a serious rapper. The original Public Enemy member, who was born in 1959, proves to be the typical Pisces man who doesn't enjoy working a 9 to 5 desk job. Far from it.
March 17: Rob Lowe
ShutterstockActor Rob Lowe was born in 1964 in Charlottesville, Virginia. He married Sheryl Berkoff in 1991 after only meeting her twice—once at a speed dating event and then on the set of his 1990 movie Bad Influence.
As an actor, marrying someone in the same creative, demanding world is the best way for a Pisces to have a successful relationship. And based on his Valentine's Day Instagram post, this famous Pisces guy is feeling as romantic as ever.
March 18: Adam Levine
Debby Wong/ShutterstockMaroon 5 frontman Adam Levine was born in Los Angeles in 1979. He took an interest in music at a very young age, like many Pisces before him. He met his Maroon 5 bandmates in high school and has been friends with actor Jonah Hill since childhood as well, which is also typical Pisces.
Member of this water sign "highly value their relationships and are often surrounded by friends because they are genuine friends themselves," according to Elite Dailey's Laura Moses.
March 19: Bruce Willis
Bruce Willis, who was born in Germany in 1955, is an actor, producer, and singer, showcasing once again the creativity that Pisces possess. It’s also not unexpected that he’s married two actresses—Demi Moore and Emma Heming—both equally creative as well.
March 20: Spike Lee
Tania Volobueva/ShutterstockBorn in Atlanta in 1957, Spike Lee is the epitome of a Pisces man. As a director, producer, writer, and actor, his creativity and artistic intuition is a key component to his success. He's produced over 35 films and his work focuses on shedding light on social justice issues and the black experience.
Interestingly enough, according to a survey from CareerBuilder.com, the empathy that Pisces tend to have makes them ripe for compassionate professions like health care, social work, or philanthropy.
