The Handmaid's Tale star Elisabeth Moss was briefly married to Saturday Night Live alum Fred Armisen, but their love ultimately wasn’t meant to be. The couple was only wed for an eight-month period between 2009 and 2010, and years later, Moss told New York Magazine that it was actually a difficult time for her.

“Looking back, I feel like I was really young, and at the time I didn’t think that I was that young,” she told the outlet in 2014. “It was extremely traumatic and awful and horrible. At the same time, it turned out for the best.”
