Virgo lives for organization. They like a bit of drama in their lives but hate when things become too messy and out of their control. Their approach to zen is a bit different from some of the other signs, but regardless, they value peace and serenity.
They may be tempted to engage in chaos, but as a sign that's known for their anxious tendencies, they're better off sitting on the sidelines. "When they're in clean and organized spaces, they're literally able to think more clearly," says Ryan Marquardt, astrologer and founder of Ryan's Astrology.
These earth signs are also more practical than most. They're ruled by Mercury, the planet of intellect and communication, so having a decluttered mental space is key for them to achieve a zen lifestyle, Marquardt tells Best Life.

Capricorn
You probably think that Capricorns are all work and no play. For the most part that's true, but "these hard working sea goats value their down-time as much as their accomplishments," says Tara Bennet, astrologer and spiritual coach at Mediumchat.
Capricorns are thoughtful, and they're more driven by logic than emotion. They're not motivated by flashy things and appreciate a minimalistic approach to life.
Thanks to Saturn, the planet governing discipline and structure, Capricorn knows how to get things done efficiently and effectively. They get a bad reputation for being too assertive and work-focused, but in reality they're quite zen.
"Their life has patterns and repetition, which brings them a sense of peace and order," says Bennet.

Pisces
Pisces is highly in touch with their spiritual side. They can escape reality for hours on end and just simply exist, which can't be said for most people.
Marquardt says that although they constantly lose track of time, they're never in a rush. And while it may be annoying to their friends or commitments if they're running late, less worrying means they're more at ease.
"They can tap into higher meditative states much easier than the other signs, and they're able to see the beauty in the mundane parts of life," says Marquardt. This means they won't miss small details and are excited to appreciate every aspect the world has to offer.

Loving and caring, Libras enjoy keeping the peace. "Their lives are all about balance and harmony, leading them to spend their down-time reflecting or meditating," says Bennet.
They have a way of establishing order wherever they go, plus they're fantastic in various social situations, so they can bring their calming energy to others. Also, these air signs can't stand confrontation.
They'll work hard to create relationships and environments where they can be calm and relaxed as much as possible; there's no need to worry about anything when you're around these folks.

Taurus
Taurus doesn't mind leading a simple life, which keeps them in a constant state of zen. They also have a way of bringing peacefulness and calming energy to the people in their lives.
As an earth sign, they're incredibly grounded and in touch with the world around them. Marquardt says they're able to effortlessly co-exist with all types of people.
They're also slow to anger—it takes a lot to rile them up. "They keep it calm, cool, and collected in the face of any storm that life might try to throw their way," says Marquardt.

Despite being a water sign, Cancer has a ton of grounding tendencies and can easily bring comfort to those around them. They're very in tune with their own emotions and those of others, so it's no surprise that they're the most zen zodiac sign.
"Cancer has their Zen spot all mapped out," says Bennet. "They actively practice mindfulness and are grateful for the good things in life."
These folks are lovers, not fighters, so they'll always choose things in their life that support peace over hate. Everything they do serves a purpose, and they put a lot of thought into their daily activities—no matter how small they are.
