The Most Political Zodiac Sign, According to Astrologers

They're passionate about their causes and know how to get things done.

You always know a natural-born politician when you see one. They stand with poise and confidence, speak with intelligence and curiosity, and shake hands with a firm grip and a smile. Whether you agree with their views or not, you have to admit there's a reason they got into—and have succeeded in—their chosen field. Of course, there are non-politicians who are extremely political, too—people who are always fighting for the greater good and working to make the world a better place. Astrologers say both groups may fall under a few specific star signs. Read on to learn the most political members of the zodiac, from those who show up to the occasional rally to the presidents among us.

A Taurus's penchant for stubbornness and stylishness might be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of them, but they can also be quite political.

"They go about it in a very pragmatic and grounded manner, and their political interests often revolve around issues of stability and material security," says Raquel Rodriguez, astrologer at Nomadrs. "While they may not be as vocal as other signs, their votes and support usually go to policies that ensure a stable society."

Expect to see them at local town halls, hearing out all sides when it comes to topics like budget, housing, and taxes.

Aries treats politics with the same intensity as it treats everything else.

"As the firstborn of the zodiac and the ram of the astrological flock, Aries is considered more of a leader than a politician," which allows them to make their voice heard in diplomacy, says Gahl Sasson, astrologer and author of The Astrology of 2024. "Aries contains great confidence and ability to make quick decisions which in return provide a political acumen in leadership positions."

They'll often be found flexing this muscle as board members of corporations with huge political sway.

This sign wants to make the world a better and fairer place. And if they need to get involved in politics, both local and federal, to do that, then they will.

"Renowned for their humanitarianism and forward-thinking mindset, they are driven by a desire to enhance society," says Abigail Parker, astrologer at Earthly Soul. "They're often seen advocating for reforms."

Catch them at a local rally or protest—they'll be there with a creative sign and tons of passion.

This sign is the researcher of the bunch.

"Their investigative nature, natural tendency for delving deep into issues, and passion for transformation make them incredibly driven in the political arena," says Rodriguez. "Scorpios are not only concerned with surface-level policies but are also interested in the mechanics of power and how it shapes society."

They'll delve into how policies got to be the way they are and what forces are truly at play.

This sign is represented by the scales and is always trying to find peace and compromise.

"It is the sign that starts on the Equinox, the day when light and day are equal, and therefore Libras have a way of seeing truth in opposite sides and being able to connect extremes," says Sasson. "Some would claim they are the sign most comfortable wearing a mask, thus being able to smile and befriend even people they do not like, allowing them to reach across the aisle."

If there were more Libras in power, we'd undoubtedly be much more productive.

This sign is not only political; it's got serious presidential chops. According to Sasson, Capricorn is the archetype of structure, hierarchy, strategy, maturity, and patience.

"Traditional, conservative, and calculative, the sign occupies the coldest time of the year between January and February and therefore is cool-headed and calm in the face of challenges," Sasson says. "Capricorn is also the sign of planning and responsibility, and they can use their practical approach to make other people's lives run better."

They know their facts, and their hard-working nature allows them to get things done.
