As we get closer to the 2020 election, more and more celebrities have been making their voices heard about politics. At the beginning of October, Kanye West urged voters to write in his name when voting—he's also currently on the ballot in 11 states. Many people decried West's actions as a ploy to suppress voters, and recently, one celebrity joined the critics calling out West. When Jennifer Aniston posted a photo of herself dropping off her ballot, she urged her followers not to vote for West in the caption. To see how the rapper responded to Aniston, read on, and for other memorable moments from the actor's past, revisit Jennifer Aniston's Last 25 Years in Hollywood, in Photos.

In a lengthy caption on her Oct. 23 Instagram post, Aniston implored her followers to put some serious thought into who they would be voting for. She closed out her caption with, "PS - It’s not funny to vote for Kanye. I don’t know how else to say it. Please be responsible," followed by a praying hands emoji.

In response to Aniston's comments, West posted a screenshot of a Vanity Fair article with the headline, “Jennifer Aniston Endorses Joe Biden, Tells Fans ‘It’s Not Funny to Vote for Kanye.'” West captioned the post, "Wow   that Rogan interview got em shook Let’s gooooooooo." The post has since been deleted.

West was referencing his recent interview on the popular podcast The Joe Rogan Experience. In the interview, which ran almost three hours long, West discussed his presidential campaign, along with other personal anecdotes.

While Aniston may be one of the few celebrities to explicitly warn their fans against voting for West, plenty of A-listers have been showing off their right to vote this month. Here are more stars who have posted a photo of themselves voting while urging their followers to do the same.
