This Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Just Posted Some Jaw-Dropping Photos

Brazilian beauty Sofia Resing is really good at Instagram.

The 2018 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, and the controversial #metoo nudes it featured, may have come and gone, but that doesn't mean you can't see new photos of its model frolicking in the sand.

Back in 2016, Brazilian model Sofia Resing was named as one of the swimsuit issue's "rookie reveals."

While she hasn't been featured in the magazine since, she has landed other coveted spreads since then, including being featured in the June 2017 issue of Maxim and Harpers Bazaar HK, as well as ads for lingerie line La Perla.

It seems the rising star hasn't forgotten her moment in the SI spotlight, however, because, on Monday, she posted a photo taken for the shoot by Michael Sedan that didn't make the magazine, and it is stunning.

On her official website, Resing wrote that, growing up, kids often teased her for her "tall frame and bulky thick hair," giving her the nickname "The Broom."

She was discovered by an agent while attending a Halloween party in New York dressed as The Green Hornet. Since then, she's been featured in Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire, Vogue, L'OFFICIEL, GQ, and more, so look who's laughing now.

Speaking to Maxim in 2017, she said that a man can catch her attention with how he speaks. "A genuine smile and tranquility when he speaks always makes it interesting," she said.

She also said that her ideal date is "during the day and also outdoors. Take me to the beach to surf or share a great meal with me and watch the sun go down."
