Bed Bath & Beyond is officially calling it quits after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on April 23. The move followed several months of ongoing store closures, and now, all of the remaining brick-and-mortar locations will shutter by the end of June. As part of this decision, Bed Bath & Beyond also confirmed that while stores are still open, they're no longer accepting their famed coupons.

Sometimes referred to as "Big Blue," the coupons were actually detrimental to Bed Bath & Beyond's business model, Insider reported, as customers developed an "overreliance" on them. In fact, Bed Bath & Beyond sent out hundreds of millions of their 20 percent off coupons every year—meaning you likely stockpiled quite a few over the years.

If this is the case, you're not totally out of luck: Some of Bed Bath & Beyond's major competitors will now let you use them at their stores. Read on for a full list of retailers that are accepting Bed Bath & Beyond coupons.

On April 29, Jo-Ann Fabrics, now formally known as JOANN, tweeted to announce that they'll take your 20 percent off Bed Bath & Beyond coupons.

"Got a Bed, Bath and Beyond blue coupon? Bring it in store and we'll help you save 20% off a single item," the craft store's tweet reads.

In response to a question from a shopper, the retailer confirmed that this deal only applies to unexpired coupons

"We will only take the valid coupons," a supplemental tweet reads. "If the coupon is expired, it can not be applied."

Another major retailer that'll let you capitalize on your Bed Bath & Beyond coupons is Boscov's. According to the retailer's website, the department store "welcomes all Bed Bath & Beyond customers" and is offering a "BB&B coupon exchange" through May 31.

"Bring your Bed Bath & Beyond MAILED COUPON to any Boscov's register and we'll exchange it for: $10 off any one store purchase of $50 or more," the site reads. "Your dollars will go further at Boscov's with guaranteed lowest prices."

The coupons are accepted in-store only and cannot be applied to online orders. The deal also excludes certain brands and is limited to one coupon per customer, the retailer said.

The Container Store is running a BB&B promotion as well, the retailer announced in an April 26 press release.

"Considering recently announced retailer closings, The Container Store will offer a 20% discount off any single item through May 31, 2023, for customers who bring a competitor's blue coupon to any store location," the release reads, noting that terms and conditions do apply.

As with Boscov's, the coupons are accepted in-store only, and they must be valid, not expired. Certain brands are excluded from the promotion as well, as are gift cards and store pickup orders. In a welcome twist, however, the discount is applied to the most expensive regularly-priced item you're purchasing, per the fine print on the site.

You can save even more at Big Lots this month, too, but only through this Sunday, May 7. The discount store announced the promotion in an April 27 press release, clarifying that you can use 20-percent-off Bed Bath & Beyond coupons on orders of $50 or more.

"At Big Lots, our mission is to help people live big and save lots, which means we're always thinking of ways to step up and deliver even more value to consumers," Bruce Thorn, president & CEO of Big Lots, said in the release. "For anyone who has missed their last opportunity to redeem one of these coupons, Big Lots is opening our doors to help you save on your entire purchase. This special offer can be used to purchase an assortment of great items for your home, such as bedding and bath accessories, furniture, décor and more."
