The New Healthy Eating Podcast Everyone Is Talking About

Thankfully, navigating this world of choice just became a whole lot easier.
The folks at our sister site, Eat This, Not That!, have teamed up with Cadence13, the producers behind some of the world’s most popular podcasts—including the immensely popular Pod Save America—to release a new Eat This, Not That! podcast. Hosted by Best Life‘s own David Zinczenko, the author of more than 20 bestselling diet books, including Zero Belly Diet, Zero Sugar Diet, and the just-released The Super Metabolism Diet, and Jon Hammond, the chief strategy officer of Galvanized Media (Best Life‘s parent company), the podcast aims to explore different ways we can tackle food choices in our day-to-day lives.
“Now, getting to those many food choices, a lot of us make the same choice every day when we get up,” Hammond says in this first episode. “And since this is episode one, it only seems appropriate to dive into the thing that most of us think about first thing in the morning: Coffee.”
“I actually believe that I start thinking about coffee before I wake up,” says Zinczenko.
Throughout the 20-minute podcast, the hosts cover a whole lot of ground, from which country drinks the most coffee (it’s not us) to how many cups you should consume each day (chances are, you should make some changes) to how you can make coffee a truly heart-healthy daily beverage.
