This past Christmas, superstar singer and proud mama Celine Dion shared a photo of her sons gathered around the Christmas tree: the oldest, René-Charles Angélil, sat beside Dion and her younger sons, 10-year-olds Eddie and Nelson Angélil, lounged in front of them.

Then, in January, in celebration of his 20th birthday, Dion penned a heartfelt message to René-Charles, giving a rare glimpse into a sweet moment between them. The Instagram tribute includes a rare picture of him looking all grown up, and a sweet sentiment for his special day: "You changed our lives forever," she wrote in both English and her native French. "Twenty years ago, I had the privilege to hear the word mom for the very first time," wrote the mother of three. "My dream came true, and you changed our lives forever!"

In the image, the pair wear near-matching black suits, with Dion lovingly stroking her son's cheek. "It's hard to believe that two decades have already passed," the caption reads. "You carry the colour of the sky in your eyes and that same blue is the colour of our love. Go out there and embrace life, and remember to never stop believing in yourself, because I believe in you," she wrote.

Beyond being a doting mother, the singer has been vocally supportive of her son's budding music career, which she acknowledged in a separate post earlier this year: "I'm so proud of my son. My love for him is so strong, and it touches me deeply that one of his passions is also one of mine," she wrote.

Finally, her birthday message also paid tribute to her late husband, who tragically died from throat cancer in 2016. Dion told her son, "Remember also that your father is always watching over you and guiding you," before signing off on behalf of herself and Renè-Charles' younger twin brothers.

Frances Bean Cobain, 28, the only daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, is now a model and visual artist living in Los Angeles. While she admitted to struggling with substance abuse and money mismanagement in her youth, she's spoken candidly about learning to take "real accountability" for her sobriety and finances. "The one way that I was shown how to live was to live in excess, like, live beyond your means," she said on RuPaul's podcast in 2019. "It took me stepping away from that and getting sober in order to realize that no matter how much money you think you have, it's not permanent."
