Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello Just Adopted the Cutest Puppy Together

Scores of celebrities have been snuggling up to new furry friends during the pandemic. As of  Nov. 4, singers Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are the newest dog parents on the block. The celebrity couple has posted photos and videos to Instagram showing off their adorable new golden puppy named Tarzan. The pair has been dating since the summer of 2019 and have spent much of quarantine secluded in Cabello's Miami home. During an interview with SiriusXM's Jim Ryan, Mendes said the quarantine brought the two together after their busy schedules had kept them apart for long stretches of time. "And now we've kind of become one, where we're doing our thing. And it's really interesting how that dynamic changes," said Mendes.

This fall, the couple decided to add a third member to their quarantine crew, a new puppy. "During uncertain times like this we need a reminder that sweet miracle things like puppies exist in the world too, meet the new member of the pack: Tarzan!" wrote Cabello, alongside a video of Mendes playing with a swaddled Tarzan. After addressing the uncertainties of the country post-election, Cabello closed out the caption with, "love you guys and Tarzan sends a big puppy lick."

The day we lost Pepper just so happened to be the day I brought this sweet boy home with me," Witherspoon's daughter, Ava Phillippe, wrote on Instagram on Oct. 25. Jennifer Aniston has added another pup to her family. Aniston gave her newest rescue dog the most regal name, Lord Chesterfield. "He stole my heart immediately," Aniston wrote on Instagram with a video of the snoozing pup she posted on Oct. 11. The actor is already a dog mom to Clyde and Sophie. The celebrity couple adopted a pup they named Panda on Aug. 8. "Welcome to the family Panda! Panda is a Husky Australian Shepard mix rescue and we're already in love," Nick Jonas wrote on Instagram. The pair also has two other dogs named Gino and Diana.

Channing Tatum introduced his new pup on Oct. 4. "This is the newest member of the Tatum tribe. Meet 'Rook' or 'Rooklin' 12 week old Dutch Shepard! He's gonna be a goon," wrote Tatum. The actor also opened up about his late dog LuLu. "After I lost my LuLu I didn't know when or if I'd be open to having another dog. But he sought me out and we met eyes," Tatum said. This star adopted a pup early on in quarantine. "Welp- there's a new member of the family. Winnifred- Winnie T. Paulson has made the sunshine on this rainy day, and completely captured our hearts," Sarah Paulson wrote on Instagram on April 6. "Adopt don't shop, kids," the actor reminded followers.

The Smiths added a new member to the family on Sept. 19. According to Jada Pinkett Smith's Instagram, the dog, named Banditi, was a birthday gift from a friend.
