Gabrielle Union is 52 and still an ageless queen. “I get asked all the time how I look so young,” she told The Glow Memo. “I don’t like needles. I’m not going to rule out Botox, but the idea of putting a needle in my face... I’m not there yet. I have pretty oily skin, I drink a lot of water, I don’t smoke, and I don’t have a hard life.”

Gwen Stefani, 55, swears by a good skin routine to look beautiful. “Besides exercise and eating right, one skincare secret is hydration. I like my skin to look super dewy,” she told Page Six. “I just want to look as good as I can at any age, like we all do, and share that quality makeup truly does make a big difference in how you feel. The magic is in the makeup.”

Catherine Zeta-Jones is 55 and glowing thanks to all that time spent on the golf course with husband Michael Douglas. “I have a plethora of vitamins in my cabinet in my bathroom,” she told the Wall Street Journal. “I do take vitamin D and vitamin B whenever I can. But I eat very healthily. Of course, I have my french-fries fixes and my chocolate, which are something I just love, and I just have to have them. But I try and get as many nutrients in as possible. But when I get really old, I’m going to start taking a lot of vitamins because I only want to be able to eat dessert for the rest of my life. I only actually eat real food because I have to right now. My dream is to only eat desserts, ever. It’s a goal.”

Naomi Campbell, 54, is diligent about moisturizing her skin. “I would never do a face lift, so I use tape,” she told Vogue. “I like to put a little shimmer inside my eyes just to look bright and awake and alert. I don’t like too much powder on my face in terms of makeup. I like the skin to be a little bit shiny, but natural oil because I have combination skin. I always, always, always — I think I cream my body at least twice a day, I moisturize my body, it’s something my mom instilled in me as a child—cream my skin!”

Then I like to mix it up—bike riding with my family, hiking with a girlfriend, or taking a SoulCycle class with friends."

We’d even train on weekends, for an hour each time. The exercises I prescribed influenced posture and alignment, and stabilization. KR possesses a serious commitment to ice baths, which I’m all for as well. One of the best recovery practices to do after all of the ground and pound stunt training is an ice bath.”

Jennifer Connelly, 53, knows what works for her. “The things I’ve really loved doing over the years most consistently are running and yoga,” she told Vogue. “I run maybe four days a week. It’s very meditative for me and it gets my blood flowing, even if it’s for ten minutes. It all depends on how much time I have, how early my call time is, and how many times I press snooze in the morning. I’m more moderate now.”

Cate Blanchett, 55, does Pilates and cardio to stay fit. “I really like Pilates,” she told The Cut. “I feel like it’s made for actors’ bodies. For me, I need to do it one-on-one. I find that when you go into a big class, you actually need a guiding hand. At home we have an elliptical trainer, which is good because that’s often the only exercise I get. But my job is very active — I end up stretching each day before I go on, so I feel very taken care of in that way.”
