Melissa Fiorenza has been writing for over a decade on a range of topics, including mental health, nutrition, fitness, parenting, and women's issues. Her work has appeared in/on outlets such as Health.com, Prevention.com, Cosmopolitan, Time Out New York, and The TODAY Show. Melissa is also an ADDY award-winning copywriter, content strategist, and marketer, and in 2012, she published her first book, Twentysomething Girl. Now that she's a wife and mom of two kids in upstate New York, she's writing less about what's inside the fanny packs of NYC tourists and more about what's inside the food we're eating.
