Lauren Vino is a health and wellness writer and comedian based out of New York City who's written for MEL Magazine, Fatherly, Deadspin, and MTV News. She's the host of a crop-topped theme show "Mid Riff Comedy" at the Pine Box Rock Shop in Brooklyn on the first Friday of every month.
