An Airport Employee Rates Celebrities Based on How Rude They Are
You'll be shocked by which star got a 2/10 rating on the niceness scale from a former LAX employee.
Reading tabloid magazines about celebrities is no longer the best way to find out the truth about your favorite stars. If you want to know who the nicest celebrities—and the not-so-nice ones—are, the ideal source is those who interact with them in the real world. On TikTok, people who've served stars in restaurants or helped them at the airport have been using the platform to reveal which celebrities are just like us and which might be a bit more, shall we say, entitled. Most recently, TikToker @_sincindy—a former employee at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)—detailed her experiences interacting with celebrities, rating them based on how nice they were (10 being the nicest and 1 being the least nice). Matthew Gray Gubler
The Criminal Minds alum ranked so high on Cindy's scale, he doubled the designated highest number, scoring a 20 out of 10. Cindy described him as her favorite celebrity she has met. She even snuck over to take a picture with him during her lunch break, and the two look like old friends in the snap.
Actor Jared Padalecki exceeded Cindy's expectations, also breaking past the highest possible score and earning a 12 out of 10. Cindy says the Supernatural star was so polite, he even stopped to have a conversation with her after she told him she was a huge fan. Actor Robert Pattinson scored a 10 out of 10 as well. He asked Cindy how her day was and was responsive when she told him to "have a nice flight." It probably didn't hurt that Cindy said he also gave her a wink.
The young heartthrob and star of Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before also landed a perfect score. Cindy said he was "super nice and super friendly," even going up to her and politely asking for directions. And for more up-to-date information, sign up for our daily newsletter.
Both the actor and his dog scored a 10 out of 10 in Cindy's book. According to the former LAX employee, Orlando Bloom even let one of the airline employees hold his pup. Cindy said the actor said "hi" to everybody as he was boarding, which she described as a rare thing for famous people to do. Cindy described Puerto Rican singer and rapper Bad Bunny as polite and nice, even offering her a hand shake.
Cindy described The Vampire Diaries star Daniel Gillies as "really humble" and "a dream." She speculated that Gillies may have even been flirting with one of her co-workers at one point.
Cindy had a handful of run-ins with YouTuber Jeffree Star, all of which she said were lovely. According to the TikToker, Star acted casually and didn't expect any special treatment. The second time Star and Cindy interacted, he asked her what highlighter she was wearing, and it ended up being from his makeup line. Cindy said when the two met for the third time, he remembered her and gave her a hug.
Dakota Johnson, who shot to stardom following her leading role in Fifty Shades of Grey, was polite and only got knocked down a point because she forgot her passport, according to Cindy. While Johnson rushed home to grab her passport in the middle of peak rush hour traffic, they tried to delay the flight, but she ultimately didn't make it back in time, the TikToker said. The next time Johnson flew out, Cindy said she joked with Johnson about the incident, and she laughed along.
Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton
Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton—who met on the set of Stranger Things—also came in just one point away from a perfect score. The pair was really nice and friendly, according to Cindy.
Captain America himself scored an 8 out of 10 on Cindy's scale. She described Chris Evans as "low-key" and "not trying to be seen." Apparently, he was knocked down a couple of points because, when Cindy told him to have a nice flight, he only smiled in return.
Although Cindy said she wouldn't necessarily call Padalecki's Supernatural co-star Jensen Ackles a "friendly person," she did note that he willingly took a picture with her without any qualms.
Nicki Minaj scored a low rating from Cindy mainly because she refused to get off the plane until everyone else got off, including the flight attendants. Cindy also said Minaj was extremely rude to her co-worker, which made her no longer a fan of the rapper. And for more on Minaj, check out 50 Celebrities Whose Real Names You Never Knew.
Cindy has had multiple experiences with model and reality star Kendall Jenner, all of which culminated in her giving the Kardashian clan member a low ranking. According to Cindy, "Every time she flew out, she was not really friendly to anybody and walked around really arrogant."
YouTuber Cameron Dallas secured the lowest score on Cindy's list. According to the TikToker, Dallas was taking his sweet time boarding the plane, even though he was running late. Cindy said he thought it was funny that he was delaying the flight, even laughing as her supervisors yelled at him to board.
