"Breasts are back!" Or so claimed The New York Post in an article this week. "[Now] you can welcome the return of the out-and-proud cleavage," writes Joely Chilcott. "A big-boob movement is happening and we should embrace it." From Charlotte McKinney to Emily Ratajkowski to Sofia Vergera, here's living proof.
