Looking to fly on the cheap this year? You may want to consider Breeze Airways, a budget airline that has consistently been voted one of America's "best domestic airlines" by Travel & Leisure for the past three years and crowned as having the "Best Seat Comfort in North America" by the Airline Passenger Experience Association in 2024. While Breeze has been busy offering affordable flights to over 72 cities in 32 states throughout the U.S. since May 2021, the airline just announced some exciting news.
Breeze Airways is adding 21 new domestic routes—including 17 nonstops and four one-stop/no plane change BreezeThru routes—nationwide beginning this fall. Even better, some fares are as cheap as $39. Here's when and where these new paths will take flight so you can take advantage.

Breeze Airways Offers New $39 Fares
As we've previously reported, domestic travelers flying to or from smaller airports and underserved cities are big fans of Breeze Airways.
The budget airline offers three classes of tickets, Nice, Nicer, and Nicest. The lowest (Nice) fares include a personal item, general boarding, and no fees for changes or cancellations. Passengers must pay extra for additional luggage, snacks, beverages and wifi on board.
Nicer seats offer extra legroom seats, a carry-on bag, one free checked bag, priority boarding, and a complimentary drink and snack. Nicest fares provide recliner seats, two free checked bags, priority boarding, free food and beverages (including alcohol), and Breeze Ascent, their premium in-flight service. Both Nicer and Nicest seats include free high-speed wifi on board.
Typically, fares on Breeze Airways range from $39, like a flight from Long Island/Islip, NY to Charleston, SC one-way with no flexibility, to $99 for travel from Hartford, CT to Las Vegas, NV with the same terms.
"I just flew with Breeze for the first time, and it went surprisingly well," one commenter wrote on the airline's Reddit. "Boarding was efficient and quick, take off was on time, [and our] flight arrived early. This happened for both flights. Their cheapest seats had more room than Delta's basic economy."
And now, the airline is adding even more $39 one-way tickets to brand-new cities and routes across the U.S.

Neeleman said this expansion is making Breeze Airways a top competitor to beat in domestic travel.
"This growth is thanks to the incredible demand travelers have for our service and is evidence of the value our Guests experience when flying with Breeze," he said in a press release. "We look forward to bringing that value to more communities across the nation as we continue to grow."
Just keep in mind, however, that Breeze Airways' low costs mean flight schedules can be infrequent—which is infamous within the budget industry and not good if you encounter delays, cancellations, or need to change your travel plans.
"If you’re traveling for something which you must be at and don't have flexibility, it might not be the best option," one Reddit user wrote. "In the very small chance you run into a significant delay or cancellation, the next flight might not be for several days."
