If you’re struggling to meet the guidelines, Gorin recommends getting your fix by making smoothies. When mixed with fruit, you won’t even be able to taste vegetables like cauliflower, kale, and spinach.
Grab some vitamins.
As you age, it can be harder to get all the vitamins and nutrients you need from your diet alone. If you eat healthy, wholesome meals, you’ll feel healthy for years to come. “Eating properly can really prevent and slow down aging if you know what you put on your plate,” says Antonella Ricco, a board-certified holistic coach and culinary nutrition expert.
